Waterfall at No.2

This rain drainage makes a beautiful waterfall at home. Don't you think it is wonderful?

Another wet day, means no gardening... ZZzzZZz.....

It's Friday already! Wa-ha!

BEFORE
This air-cond is a left-over from the previous owner(s) of No.2 (my house has got a name :)) and it is more than a decade old. The project now is to give it a new coat, a new look. How about... white?


AFTER
Looking fresh again! Oooh, i love white!!



While my Sun Parasol is enjoying the heat and the sun...



My cherry tomatoes on the other hand look so pitiful struggling in this climate.
It's a good try to plant this anyway! :)

it's July n the rainny season has just begun n the weeds n diseases r spreading fast. sharing herewith a series of pics of my baby Michelia Figo trying her best to bloom during this season.

boo-hoo--- the rain came down so hard lastnight n washed away the bud.. i was sad for 2 days over this, it would be her very first bloom if that was a success :((((

anyway, life goes on... i was happy again yesterday n went to my fav nursery to look for my gardening kaki Ah-Yee n i was given (FOC! hehe!!) this white flower pot for my red Sun Parosol, nice? oh ya, n i played wires again, i want her to climb to cover up this ugly drainage pipe. will be posting pics on how she does later :)

growing Parsley can be slightly more of a challenge to me when compared to growing other herbs bcoz it requires long germination period n the seeds seldom germinated. n so i must make sure they r protected well during this season..

Sneak peek of the day

i have a yellow hibiscus plant in the garden that i brought back from the nursery a year ago but it never bloomed until i shifted her to the patio.. then she started to bloom crazily, everyday.
look how beautiful she is!! i just love her!!!



and my Gardenia is getting ready to show off her beauty too.. Yippeeee!!!
-- let's keep fingers crossed-- the buds r pretty fragile, i hope they can survive from the rain.



by help of my sweet hub, i put a pot of Epipremnum Aureum here to hide away the ugly drainage pipe.. but she doesn't look very happy up there, does she? think think think... what else can i do to this...... how abt covering it with vines (urrgh, getting crazy over wires these days haha)? any suggestion??

Pigeon came visit me today

It's Saturday!

i'm always a happy bird when it comes to saturday bcoz it's my offday of the week, n ha! it's my gardening day!
so let's go play in the garden!...




let's have a peep into my tool box and see what i can make out of what i have here. hmm...

itch itch! my hands getting itchy to see the wires n i came out with this... know what im thinking of? hehe.



and then i invited this lady (morning glory) out from the place where she used to be... n placed her somewhere else



Ta-Dah!! it's an arbor at the entrance to "Roy's Residence". how's that?
i can't afford to get one from SSF, it would cost me RM2.2k!!. i saw another cheaper one at Thow Lee the other day but i decided to DIY instead to get one of my own FEEL :) -- n hey, it only cost me less than RM0.50!!
i just can't wait to see how my baby climbs all over the arbor!
climb, baby, climb!!



okay here. to continue the story from my FB, this is what i've done to the broken curtain rail i got from a junker. i restored it with rollers, stoppers n painted it white... then i put up a curtain......... but in the garden? HUH???!! :D
