Same for me over here. Some gigantic, some tiny. The tallest are above 8 feet! Quite amazing, ya? If evening sunflowers can grow this tall, how about mammoth?
There are so many varieties of sunflowers now. And easy to grow, best of all. Hooray for your flower!
Maybe the 8cm one got jelous with the big one so bloom early.I am a bit concern with the komatsuna seeds now, look a bit different from the one I sowed when I was looking at Kitchen flavour photo. I wonder if it has become a hybrid?
Small, cute and it is still a sunflower. Oh, they really choose their own destiny... I planted a few in a row here... old Putrajaya seeds. Some tall, some medium and some cute as yours... ~bangchik
One: I'm thinking of that too, mammonth maybe can reach over 10 feet, ha..Rosey, Bangchik: Yeah, i should have planted this amazing flowers long time ago!Diana: I will take pics of the Komastuna and get them posted to let you see.
Awesome sunflowers Milka. I havent sowed mine yet, cant find the right place with full sunshine cos last time I planted the sunflowers given by Bangchik, they didnt too well, not enough sunlight.Great mosaic!
The small sunflower plant looks so determine! Those are pretty sunflower blooms!
Lovely sunflowers! Everyone seems to be growing them. Looks like it will have to be my turn next! :)I've read Diana's comments. How is your komatsuna plant doing? I've just transferred them to another container. Am very curious now!
