This is how my garden changed over the years since we moved in to this house in 2005. The choosen one is a very small and a very very old house, but with a big land :) The small changes we made every year made a big difference 6 years later when comparing the photos now with those taken 6 years ago.

Wow you really made your house and garden look so beautiful. Everything look so neat. Our lawn look a mess and unorganise at the moment.
It looks so luss and serene. It does take time for plants and flowers to fill out but it totally worth it.
